Rafael Devers’ hamstring problem results in a scratch against the Dodgers
The San Francisco Giants scratched Raphael Devers from the composition against Los Angeles Dodgers on Friday with a hamstring problem. Devers joined San Francisco last June in an emergency trade with the Boston Red Sox.
“Giants say strained left hamstring for Rafael Devers. Scratched from lineup today,” John Shea of the San Francisco Standard.
Devers played in three spring training games this year with brutal results. He is 0-8 with one walk and one RBI, not the start Giants fans were hoping for. The games aren’t counted yet, but things can’t get any worse for the 29-year-old.
