Russell Westbrook dares anyone to question the GOAT athletic claim

Russell Westbrook is known as one of the more attractive point guards than the league ever seen, and still putting on a show this late in his career. Every night, his speed is on full display and his ability to get to the rim and make plays is second to none. The fans know it, the league knows it, and he knows it.

That’s why he was recently confused when he Sacramento Kings admin asked the question, does he want to be athletic.

Westbrook replied with complete confidencewhich is no surprise.

“I’m the most athletic of all time. Ever. Don’t even question that. You better check the numbers,” Westbrook said.

Westbrook noted that he has the most dunks of a point guard’s career, which already shows his athleticism and what he can do in the open space. Not only that, but Westbrook is also considered one of the best point guards in the league, and he has the stats to prove it.

There was a point in Westbrook’s career when he was easily posting a triple-double every night, and it led to his MVP award. If anyone ever wants to argue that he isn’t the most athletic player of all time, they might be in trouble, because there’s definitely an argument to be made.

While Westbrook may not be the same player he was in his prime, he still impacts the game in the same way he did. Unfortunately, that hasn’t led to much success for the Kings, as they are currently 13-46 and in last place in the Western Conference.

They recently fired Domantas Sabonis and Zach LaVine until the end of the season due to injuries, and at this point, they will be looking for the top pick in the upcoming NBA draft.
