Russell Wilson fires back at Sean Payton with ‘bounty hunting’ roast

Payton would praise the New York franchise and Dart, while ultimately saying he hopes the team makes the switch from Wilson to Dart until it faces Denver. Wilson took to X, formerly Twitter, to fire back at Peyton, even referencing it “bounty hunting” like the head coach was in a scandal when he was with the New Orleans Saints.
“Classless… but not surprised,” Wilson wrote on X. “I didn’t realize you were still headhunting 15+ years later through the media.”
