Sam Merrill exits the 76ers game with an apparent hand injury

Cleveland Cavaliers Guard Sam Merrill has missed a lot of games in the 2025-26 NBA season. He could sit at least one more time after suffering an apparent injury in the Cavs Wednesday night road game against the Philadelphia 76ers at Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia.

Merrill left the 76ers game injured in the first half after injuring his right hand, according to ESPN’s Tim Bontemps.
