Stats & Highlights | Gershon Yabusele is already showing up, Atlanta on the brink

remainingNothing like the arrival of the Nets to find the paint. Proof with the Magic, who beat the partners of Michael Porter Jr. (2 of 13 shots) 118-98, after counting up to 28 points in advance. We will remember the tremendous performance of Jalen Suggswho recorded the first triple-double in his career with 15 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists, but also 4 blocks and 3 interceptions! Next to him, Desmond Bain scored 23 points and Paolo Banchero added 22.

On the Brooklyn side, newcomers Egor Demin and Nolan Traore achieved the best results in the season with 26 and 21 points respectively.

Facing an eight-man Georgia Jazz team, the Hawks won 121-119 thanks to a last-second basket by Nikhil Alexander-Walker (23 points). If Zacharie Risacher loses badly (0 of 8 shooting!), his new teammate Jock Landale is having one of the best games of his career. For his first with Atlanta, the Australian collected 26 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 blocks! Along with them, Jaylen Johnson recorded his third straight triple-double, bringing his total to 10 this season.

On the Utah side, Isaiah Collier played 48 minutes for the second time in a row, and collected 25 points and 11 assists. Kyle Filipowski added 15 points and 17 rebounds, Lauri Markkanen had 18 points and Brice Sensabo also had 18 off the bench for the Jazz, who have lost 17 of their last 21 games.

The Raptors revealed the new-look Bulls, most notably the released Guerschon Iabusele. The Frenchman collected 15 points and 11 rebounds from the bench. Not enough to allow Chicago to win as the Raptors won 123-107 behind Brandon Ingram’s 33 points and Immanuel Quickley’s 24.

Like Jabusele, Anferni Simmons had a successful debut with 22 points for the Bulls. Chicago erased an 11-point deficit to get back to 76-76 with seven minutes left in the third quarter. Toronto, however, got going again by closing the period with a 24-12 run, and entered the final quarter with a 12-point lead (100-88).
