THE Raptors and the Blazers imposed logic. It was not difficult for Toronto and Portland to win. The Raptors consolidated their fourth place in the East after the undisputed success against the Hawks. In contrast, the Raptors played with seven players between 11 and 19 points. Scottie Barnes flirted with a triple-double (18 points, 10 assists, 8 rebounds), while the rookie Colin Murray-Boyles put himself forward (17 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists, 3 interceptions, 2 blocks) before Jakob Poltl’s upcoming return to the lineup.
Portland had barely any more difficulty knocking off the Jazz (137-117). Utah only lasted five minutes before being overtaken by the duo Danny Avdia (33 points, 9 assists, 8 rebounds) i Shaedon Sharpe (29 points, 7 assists, 5 rebounds, 2 steals). Portland already led 78-57 at the break before securing it. Sidi Cissoko took advantage of the opportunity to advance with 14 points from the bench.
