Stephen Curry goes full troll mode with an ‘exotic’ mic drop

The Golden State Warriors have exceeded expectations at the start of the season and are currently 4-1 after their last win over the Los Angeles Clippers. As things stand, it’s really all fun and games for the Warriors core, and that seems to have extended to the press conferences.

Earlier in the post-match conference, a reporter used the word ‘exotic’ to describe some of the line-ups Steve Kerr went with during the game. After humorously pointing this out at the beginning, Stephen Curry used the term yes explain how the season started for your team.

“It feels pretty good. It’s a pretty tight, crazy busy schedule for the most part. Some would say it’s an exotic start to the season,” he said, before talking about the “scratch” he picked up during the game against the Los Angeles Lakers, according to footage posted by 95.7 The Game on X.

“I had a scratch before the Lakers game, I don’t remember which game, it looked worse than it felt,” Curry continued. Earlier, Curry hilariously exclaimed when a Brazilian reporter used the word ‘exotic’ for some of the lineups used by the Warriors.

“Ooohhh… Is it because he (Gui) is Brazilian?” he replied to a room full of laughter. The reporter, who initially wanted to know what led to the Warriors playing a unique lineup that included two big players, corrected himself and used the word “unconventional” to convey his question.

Curry, however, did a samba dance and even exclaimed “intriguing” in a similar accent.

“Uh, what was the question?” he finally asked, before answering.

Curry claimed to be Steve Kerr and the coaching staff have already tried a number of different things during practice, which they finally tried in the game against the Denver Nuggets. Regardless, fans will be pleased with how things worked out as the combos undoubtedly seem to be working, which Curry was also thrilled about.
