Stephen Curry on how he fell victim to an ‘agenda’ during the Thunder debacle
With The Golden State Warriors suffer an ugly loss against the Oklahoma City Thunder Tuesday night, 126-102, there was much speculation about the comments of the team’s best players. As it is The Warriors next face the San Antonio Spursstar Stephen Curry it’s about getting back on track.
Curry has missed the last three games due to illness, but has also been in a slump. After asking Fr Draymond GreenTo the comments, saying that the players have to work through a “personal agenda”, the star had an honest retort. He would mention how he fell into that agenda, saying he was in a fight against Thunder, he tried to force himself as Curry scored 11 points.
“I got into (the agenda thing) a little bit myself,” Curry said, according to ESPN, making four of 14 shots from the field. “I try to get myself going. But the bigger problem when you lose is you start looking around and figure out what the problem is. The commitment to winning is just running the floor, rebounding, taking care of the basketball. It’s not really about shots going in or not.”
Looking at Green’s comments, the “agenda” comment comes after Golden State fell after starting 5-1, now 6-6/
“Everybody has a personal agenda in this league,” Green continued. “But you have to make this personal agenda work within the constraints of the team. And if it doesn’t work, then you have to somehow get rid of your agenda. Or ultimately, the plan is the cause of someone getting rid of you. You don’t want a team without personal agendas because the goal is the agenda. So you have to have some kind of personal agenda.”
The Warriors’ Stephen Curry on ‘The Vibes Are High’

While it is The Warriors are now looking at getting a positive injury report on Green and Curry for the next game in San Antonio, the team needs to get motivated to win like it did last season. Still, Curry would say how “The vibrations are still high,” despite the fall, via Anthony Slater.
“We’re not winning and we can point to certain things we can do in the game to make sacrifices for a teammate,” Curry said. “When things get a little off, like they did tonight, try to go outside just to look at the stats; we’ve got to find the winning plays to help.
