Stephen Curry’s Humble Response to ‘Forever Game Changer’ Question
The The Golden State Warriors have won many games with Stephen Curry on the list. While Curry is not retiring from basketball, a reporter recently asked him what yes means to him change the game forever. Curry gave a strong response.
“I recognize it, but I didn’t really let it sink in until I was done playing. It’s just the idea of knowing the game has changed. I know I’ve dealt with it a lot, but when you’re still out there, you still feel like you can do more,” Curry told reporters after the Los Angeles Clippers game, per HoopsHype. “So I try to channel that energy as much as I can. But like I said, it’s a thank you that people are talking about how they do it. Like I said, I’m blessed to still be able to do this at a high level.”

The Warriors lost to the Clippers in a heartbreaker 103-102 on Monday. It was a contest in which Golden State coach Steve Kerr was ejected after exploding in anger over the call. Curry also fouled out of the contest.
The Warriors are now 19-18 on the season.

Golden State has struggled this season, barely keeping its head above a .500 record. Curry does everything he can to help the team rack up wins. The talented guard is averaging 28 points per game this season and is shooting better than 46 percent from the field.
Curry wasn’t happy with how the Clippers’ game was played on Monday. He let the basket shake after being fouled, which confused him.
“It’s usually played on (if a shot is made),” Curry told ESPN. “I’ve never seen where it’s a delayed call and then ‘Oh, it’s a foul’ and then ‘Oh, no basket.'”
Golden State will need to quickly shake off the disappointing loss. The Warriors will next face the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday night.
