Stephon Castle leaves the Lakers game after a terrible fall

Fortunately, the Spurs handled the Lakers admirably without him. Victor Wembanyama torched Los Angeles for 40 points in 26 minutes of action, leading the team to its fifth straight victory. However, San Antonio will certainly need Castle in the long run.

He will look to recover quickly and resume his all-round role at Spurs.
