Steve Kerr is giving up on a brutally honest confession after a heated incident with Draymond Green

Recently, the Golden State Warriors picked up their second straight win with a big home win over the Orlando Magic. Unfortunately for warriorsthe big story that came out of this game was a heated confrontation between Steve Kerr and Draymond Green on the bench, causing Green to rush to the locker room and not return to the game.

Now, Kerr is giving her 100% honest thoughts about the incident.

“Kerr opens post-practice press conference saying Monday night wasn’t my best hour. Kerr said he apologized to Draymond for his actions. Draymond apologized to him. They both apologized to the team,” Nick Friedel reported on X, formerly Twitter.

“We’re a lot more alike than a lot of people realize,” he added, according to ESPN’s Tim Bontemps.

Overall, the Kerr-Green conflict was the latest in a series of incidents involving Green over the past few years that have threatened to come to a boiling point on multiple occasions, including feuds with other teams and members of the Warriors.

All this comes amid a turbulent season for the Warriors. Golden State is currently .500, well below where fans expected them to be considering the relative health they’ve enjoyed and the all-in trade they made for Jimmy Butler last year.

Either way, Green is expected to hit the floor again when the Warriors next take the court on Christmas night against the Dallas Mavericks. That game is scheduled to take place at 5:00 PM ET from the Bay Area.
