Still shunned by fans, Devin Booker consoles himself on the field
every year, fan vote for the All-Star Game makes one shudder. Especially among certain stars, not popular enough for their taste.
This is the case with Devin Booker which despite a surprising 7th place of Suns in the West rankings, he is only 17th among the most popular players among fans in his conference. Anyway, I’ve never been named a starter for this event (besides being drafted twice).

A four-time All-Star in the past (2020, 2021, 2022 and 2024), Devin Booker is still one of the league’s top scorers (25.2 ppg on 45% shooting, including 31% 3-pointers), except he hasn’t been as “slightly” productive and skilled in 2/17 since his third year in N17.
This can be explained by the reduction in playing time (34 minutes) and the new assimilation system (that of Jordan Ott, appointed as coach Phoenix during the summer), while the coaches’ vote could, moreover, secure him a spot at the next All-Star weekend.
