The Air Jordan 10 ‘Sacramento Kings’ was rumored to drop in December 2026

With Nike and Air Jordan continuing to expand his retro collection during 2026fans will be treated to new release dates in the coming weeks. Another Air Jordan 10 colorway will be added to the lineup, returning in an OG “Sacramento” Kings-inspired kit for the first time since their original release in 1995.

First debuting in 1994 dressed in Chicago Bulls colorways, the Air Jordan 10 was released in 1995 as part of the “City Series” including colors inspired by Chicago, New York, Seattle, Orlando and Sacramento.Each city had a specific significance in his career Michael Jordansubtly adorning the colors of the opposing teams in each sneaker.

The Sacramento Kings edition was the only predominantly black pair in the pack, making it even more rare among the others. The anticipated 2026 release will mark the first time the shoes will return, giving fans the chance to finally snag them at retail alongside the original pairs $1,000 in the market.

Air Jordan 10 “Sacramento”

The classic Jordan 10 silhouette returns in an all-black ensemble with royal purple accents. The 10’s rugged and durable design is reinforced with tumbled leather throughout the upper, which tucks into a leather mudguard and thick rubber midsole. The design is a precursor to the ever-popular Air Jordan 11, offering a simple design favored by NBA talent at the time.

The shoes feature a royal purple sockliner along with a white stitched Jordan Jumpman logo on the rear heel. The key detail, however, is the purple and black striped outsole that features Michael Jordan accolades such as “88 Dunk Champ” and “91 MVP/Championship,” along with many others. This pair certainly stands out from a concept perspective and is one of the more underrated designs within the Air Jordan series.

The “Sacramento” Air Jordan 10 is scheduled to release on December 5th, 2026 for an expected retail price of $220. The pair will come in full adult sizes and will likely release on Nike SNKRS application along with select Nike retailers in limited quantities.
