“I think Austin (Simmons) is a great quarterback, he’s played really well for the No. 1 starter, and I think he’d have a great year if he’s still around. While Chambliss is a senior, Simmons is a sophomore who still has a lot to offer the program, especially if he goes to Missouri, which is a favorite, as Thamel reported. Either way, the Rebels are in the hunt for a national championship as they play the University of Miami next Thursday in the CFP semifinals.
