Who will stop this Thunder ? This is the question the entire NBA has been asking since the restart as the reigning champion has impressed. His record speaks volumes for his dominance with just one loss in 25 games before tonight’s NBA Cup semifinal against San Antonio in Las Vegas.

Faithful to the idea of “Winning is never boring” from his teammate Jalen Williams, SGA sees every match as an opportunity to improve and is not ready to get tired of winning.
“We try to be the best version of ourselves every night when we take the field and we like to play that way.”he added. “If we didn’t improve in the match, then we wasted an opportunity. That’s how we see things.”
At this insane pace, the Thunder are already on a 16-game winning streak. A huge success, even if we’re still a long way from the Lakers’ record 33-game winning streak in 1971/72. Another carrot to motivate the Shai Gilgeous-Alexander troops.
“That’s a lot of matches to win…”recognized by SGA. “Yeah, we’re a long way from that. I didn’t even know, so it never crossed my mind. But I hope we’ll get there. That’s the goal.”
