Vladimir Guerrero Jr. stops the rally with an epic out
The Los Angeles Dodgers threatened to retake the lead Toronto Blue Jays in the sixth. Vladimir Guerrero Jr.. it was initially out of place on the potential tag. But his throw to third ignited his dugout and the fans watching World Series.
Guerrero Jr. executed this blunder that stopped a late rally by the Dodgers and tagged out Teoscar Hernandez.
Hernandez has already pulled off one epic moment in Monday’s contest: First solo home run of the night with an epic bat swing afterward.
A throwing error or hesitation on Guerrero’s side here would have put runners on third and first for LA Toronto had already started to lose a four-run rally – with franchise history Alejandro Kirk hitting a home run.
Shohei Ohtani’s RBI cut the lead to 4-3, followed by Freddie Freeman’s single.
But “Vladdi” progressed without the bat, prompting reactions online.
