Watch Zoey Stark “fully run” for the first time in 6 months since her injury
For the first time in six months, WWE star Zoey Stark is able to “run fully” afterwards suffering a devastating knee injury in May 2025 Monday night RAV.
Stark shared her progress on social media on X, formerly Twitter. She posted a video of herself doing exercises on the lawn, a promising sign half a year after suffering a knee injury. The video shows Stark making sharp cuts as he runs between the cones.
“6 months and finally able to fully run and turn pain free. Took a while to get there but we did. Thank you (Dr. Zaki Afzal) one step closer to getting back in the ring! (hand emojis for praise and prayers).”
Hopefully her rehab goes smoothly and Stark can get back in the ring sooner rather than later. This video is a promising sign.
When will WWE’s Zoey Stark be back in action?

A report recently surfaced that Stark could return to WWE after her injury in “mid” 2026, so if that’s true, it will be some time before she returns to the ring.
Even if it will be a few months until Stark returns, VVE is already discussing creative plans for her. There’s a chance he could come back as a babyface instead of a heel.
Her injury was sustained during the May 19, 2025 edition RAV. Stark competed in a Money in the Bank qualifying match against Rhea Ripley and Kairi Sana. At one point, Stark attempted a dropkick from the top rope. However, she landed awkwardly on her knee and was immediately removed from the match.
Not long before her injury, Stark became a singles star again. Shaina Baszler has been released, quietly disbanding the Pure Fusion Collective (PFC) stable, which previously housed Sonja Deville. Her momentum was cut short due to injury.
