Watching LeBron James, Stephen Curry Smash Cavs-Warriors 2016 NBA Finals Is So Cool



Most recently, Steph Curry made by a special guest on the Mind The Game podcast, which he hosts LeBron James and Steve Nash. During the episode, they reflected on their epic duel in 2016 NBA Finals in between Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriorsby Mind The Game.

Not only that, but they looked back on other memorable NBA Finals moments. When watching 2016, Curry specifically said he was thrilled to see James guard Draymond Green.

Steph Curry: “Are you guarding Draymond?”

Steve Nash: “We have a few of them.”

LeBron James: “Yeah. I’m totally…”

SC: “This is the happiest I’ve ever been watching this game.”

In the end, the series fell to seven games. In the end, the Cavaliers came out on top and James was able to bring the title to Cleveland. In addition, 73-9 Warriors they could not passdespite surpassing the 1996 Chicago Bulls for the most regular season wins.

During the streak, Curry averaged 22.6 points, 4.9 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game. In contrast, James averaged 29.7 points, 11.3 rebounds and 8.9 assists.

Since then, the Cavs have not won another NBA title and James is now with the Los Angeles Lakers. Meanwhile, the Warriors have won three more titles, and Curry, like James, remains at the top of his game despite his age.

When all is said and done, there’s no denying that James and Curry will go down as two of the most influential players in NBA history. James ushered in a new era of player empowerment and defied the adage of athletic longevity with his enduring explosiveness.

Also, Curry once again managed to simply shoot the basketball, leaving everyone mesmerized by his exploits at the three-point line.

All in all, they made for a fierce one-two punch.
