What Phoenix expects from the season opener against the Kings

“I want to see some joy, I want to see some competitiveness, I want to see the fans love it,” Ishbia said during the team’s scrimmage Wednesday morning.
“I want to see the players do all the things that we’ve seen in training camp and in preseason games in real games, because now it’s really important.”

No one understands what it takes to win at the highest level like Booker. He saw this franchise at the bottom of the barrel. He also saw him reach the pinnacle of success by going to the NBA Finals.
With Beal and Durant, the The Suns were ready to win the championship. That expectation is gone, and now it’s back to square one.
But it’s a position Booker remains comfortable with. Regardless, his stance on the Suns expectation he hasn’t weakened a bit.
“I always expect to win. That’s my expectation,” Booker said during the match. “I understand that we are young, I understand that we have to learn something, but that is the nature of the game. We do it day by day.”
One game at a time is a common NBA phrase, but for good reason. The first game of the season will come, and fans will see if Ishbia and Booker’s vision will actually come true.
