Why Jamahl Mosley was forced to leave the sidelines during a Knicks game

The The Orlando Magic took over New York Knicks on Saturday with hopes of improving to a 10-7 record. However, something strange happened during the competition, as the head coach Jamahl Mosley was forced to leave. New reports reveal why this was the case.
Mosley, who is 47, did not return after halftime due to illnessaccording to NBA insider Mark Stein. The fifth-year head coach was ruled questionable about returning and did not return to the field with four minutes left in the game. Assistant Joe Punty came on with Jamal Moseley absent from the side.
“Magic say Joe Prunty sat out second half against Knicks due to head coach Jamal Mosley’s illness. Team lists Mosley as questionable to return.”
Mosley will probably be fine. His status for Sunday’s contest against the Boston Celtics, however, is up in the air. With the Magic back set, there is a possibility that Jamal Mosley will be unavailable again due to illness. But only time will tell what his status is until then.
The Magic is tight in the Eastern Conference standings mix at the start of the season. Unfortunately, Paolo Banchero is out for a few weeks with a strained left groin. So Orlando has to play without its premier star for now.
Look for more updates on Jamal Mosley’s status before Sunday’s game against the Celtics. That contest is scheduled to begin at 6:00 PM EST. and will be played in Boston.
