Why Tyler Bertucci won’t comment on the no-goal against the Canucks
The The Chicago Blackhawks are coming off a huge win via St. Louis Blues. Tyler Bertucci and his teammates were hoping to make it three straight when they took on the Vancouver Canucks on Friday night. With about five minutes left, Chicago thought they had the lead, but the officials blew it away.
Bertuzzi scored earlier in the contest. However, in the third part it was 2-2. A scramble near the net left the veteran forward scrambling for the puck. His shot was eventually successful, and he appeared to score his second goal of the night. Unfortunately, it was disallowed due to goalkeeper interference.
After the game, Bertucci was inevitably asked about this incident. He certainly had something to say, but he thought it best to hold back. however, his frustration was obvious for everyone to see after the game.
“I’m not going to comment because I’m probably going to get fined. I don’t think it was a big decision. That’s what I think,” the Blackhawks forward said, via Scott Powers of the Athletics.
