WWE star LA Knight didn’t mince words about Sydney Sweeney’s dream

As WWE Monday Night RAV transitions to Netflix, former United States Champion LA Knight wants to align the project with Euphoria star Sidney Sweeney.

During an interview with Metro, Knight talked about working on projects from outside of VVE. He’d like to get his feet wet with an “action drama” before doing a miniseries or a “quick little movie.”

When asked to name a co-star for his hypothetical project, he didn’t hesitate. “Sydney Sweeney,” said WWE star LA Knight. “For me, acting is not the end-all, be-all. But if the opportunity arises, I won’t say no!”

One thing is the leader “Yes!” the movement did not understand his character. He wasn’t sure if he would appear in the project as Knight in a “crossover universe” or if he would play a “completely different character.” Either way, he’s clearly thinking about a future outside the squared circle.

Right now, Knight is enjoying the biggest run of his professional wrestling career. Since returning to his LA Knight gimmick in 2022, he has become one of the best babyface stars on the roster.

He qualified for the 2023 Men’s Money in the Bank ladder match, which he did not win. He did, however, win the Slim Jim Battle Royal at SummerSlam the following month.

Feuds with Roman Reigns and AJ Styles helped build him up during his rise. He unsuccessfully challenged Reigns for the WWE Undisputed Championship at Crown Jewel in November 2023.

At SummerSlam 2024 in Cleveland, Ohio, Knight won his first championship gold on the WWE main roster. He defeated Logan Paul for the United States Championship. He would hold the title for 119 days before losing it to Shinsuke Nakamura at Survivor Series: WarGames in November.
