Xavier Tillman saves the Celtics in the last second
Joe Mazzula Can Breathe: Preseason, which he hatesit’s over! Even better, his Celtics ended this preseason on a high note as they beat the Raptors 110-108 on a “game winner” by signing…Xavier Tillman. This is their third win in four matches.
The shadow worker, Xavier Tillman, used the exit due to the injury of Jaylen Brown (hamstring), then the rest of the great Derrick White (33 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists) at the end of the match to put on the costume of the hero.
The interior scored seven of its points in the final quarter, including a clutch 3-pointer and especially a floater with 0.8 seconds left on Baylor Scheierman’s layup. Enough for Boston to win in a melting TD Garden.

“It’s an amazing feeling” recognized by Xavier Tillman. “These are the moments that I really love. They help you stay motivated in your daily work, in a routine to stick to it. This is your chance to shine a little and let your work speak for you. These are obviously my favorite moments.”
After a 12-0 run late in the game and a 106-94 lead with less than two minutes remaining, the Celtics released the pressure to the point where Toronto tied the game with nine seconds left. But Xavier Tillman therefore had the last word.
Next outing, next Wednesday, against the Sixers to open the regular season.
