Te-Hina Paopao reveals the largest lesson learned at the Rookie Seasons

“Defense. I mean, the offense will always be there, but the defense, you have to move them to the puppies, and it’s a different world on the defensive end, when you’re on the world’s best players,” Paopao said. “And I still learn to cross the ballomatics, because there are so many ball screens during the entire game.

“I’m tired of the balcath, but at the end of the day I need to go with the Balls and I just do it for my teammates, because I know they depend on me to keep your yard.”

As a guard, Paopao must rise against some of the best in the league in that position, and she was all the best to keep her.

“It’s a mental game with defense,” Paopao said. “If you want to play the defense, you will play defense. If you don’t, then you don’t want to play the defense, so I need to move the puppies. You have to move in to move.

“So I just tell myself to go there and I play defense. The offense will always be there and we have a great weapon, so I don’t have to focus on it and I don’t have to focus on both ends.”

Paopao is put in several different roles During his Rookie Season and she was delivered in those moments. She recently started instead of Jordin Canada in his match against Dallas Wings and had a nice show, ends with 11 points, eight rebounds and six helpers.

On the other hand, she had the task of keeping the pager of Bueckers, who was in the draft for a reason, and showed why.

“I had some slip and I know that I have better in defense and for myself and my teammates and just making it easy for the ball,” Paopao said. “I mean, that’s why they gave me into the game to do what I do as a pointkeeper. And I have to put two ends together.”

Paopao Average Average 5.1 points and 1.8 assists per game this season and is located in the top 10 of 3 points in the league.
