Offset accused of trying to set Stefon Diggs up in the middle of his romance with Cardi B

Cardi BOffset’s ex-husband has been charged with attempted assault Stefon Diggs by setting him up over the model, an allegation the source denied.
The “WAP” rapper has moved on and is currently dating the New England Patriots wide receiver. However, Cardi’s ex has been accused of trying to set him up in an alleged attempt to attack him by asking the Instagram model about his location.
However, according to TMZ, Instagram model Jordyn Gore shared screenshots of an alleged conversation between her and a member of Migos about him wanting to attack the NFL star. In the alleged conversation, Gore accuses Offset of “violating” her before seemingly going along with the plan to attack Diggs. In the screenshots, Offset allegedly urges Gore to message Diggs through his Finst — a fake Instagram account used as an alternate account — to find out the NFL star’s whereabouts.
In the alleged text exchange, Offset calls out “Opp a** n***a” and demands that she “Give a drop or don’t come back.”
However, a source close to the rapper tells TMZ Hip Hop that “this girl has an ongoing relationship with Seth and now she wants to blow this up into something it’s not. Their feud has nothing to do with Diggs.”
The alleged incident follows Offset seemingly trying to make a joke following the birth of Cardi B’s baby boy with Diggs earlier this month. Offset reportedly wrote, “My baby lol” in a since-deleted Instagram story shortly after their announcement per Complex. Offset reportedly mentioned that he and Cardi’s divorce was not finalized, which she filed for last year. The alleged Instagram story drew the ire of Cardi, who has three children with Offset: Kulture, Wave and Blossom.
“You all think it’s so funny and it’s not,” Cardi said calling out her ex. “It’s been over a year and I’m still being harassed and threatened to the point where I feel like my life is in danger.”
“Professors do anything to get attention and it could get really nasty with just one upload,” she added. “LEAVE ME TF ALONE.”
Representative for Offset made a statement that E! News following a viral Instagram story.
“All statements attributed to Offset circulating on social media are completely fabricated,” a rep told E! News from November 17. “Cardi responded to the misinformation and the situation escalated unnecessarily. Offset has continued to support Cardi and sincerely wishes her the best.”
Offset has since deactivated his Instagram account.
