Travis Scott’s NSFV Claim Tears Down Donovan Mitchell, After James Harden Game

On Saturday night, The Cleveland Cavaliers hit it off road to face the Sacramento Kings in what was Game 1 James Harden of his craft from the Los Angeles Clippers. While it wasn’t their prettiest performance, the Cavs were able to do enough down the stretch to secure the victory.
After the game, rapper Travis Scott trashed Harden and a new teammate Donovan Mitchellinterview after the game in court.

Scott has long been known as a Harden supporter dating back to his days as a Houston Rocket, which is Scott’s hometown.
Harden played well in his Cavs debut, scoring 23 points on an efficient shooting night and dishing out eight assists as well. Mitchell, meanwhile, was excellent, dropping 35 points on the Kings’ defense, while Jarrett Allen also scored 29 for the Cavs.
The game also marked the return of Keon Ellis and Dennis Schroeder to Sacramento following their trade to Cleveland last week for De’Andre Hunter, and the pair combined for 13 points in the win.
Overall, the Cavs’ trade for Harden signaled that the team is ready to compete for a championship right now, and it certainly hurt the front office to have to part with a two-time 26-year-old All-Star in Dario Garland.
However, Garland’s availability has started to become a major question mark over the past few seasons, and for all his well-documented problems in the postseason, Harden has built a reputation as one of the most durable players in the NBA during his career.
It will be interesting to see how Harden and Mitchell mix, given that both are at their best when the offense runs through them, but both are capable of catching and shooting players, and clearly see eye-to-eye in their goal of competing for a championship.
The Cavs will next take the floor on Monday night against the Denver Nuggets.
