Carolina’s shutout against Seattle keeps the Buccaneers in the NFC South race



The Carolina Panthers lost to the Seattle Seahawks 27-10 on Sunday, holding The NFC South is alive for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Both offenses struggled in the first half, leaving the door open for Carolina to steal another win. But Sam Darnold and the Seahawks came to play in the second half, taking the win.

The Buccaneers suffered a brutal loss to the Miami Dolphins on Sunday, dropping to 7-9 on the season. But even with a record below .500, Baker Mayfield and his club have a chance to win the division. The Panthers head to Tampa Bay in Week 18, with the winner going into the playoffs as the fourth seed in the NFC.
