Indy trolls the bright yellow Chargers jerseys with an epic Minion post

The Indianapolis Colts have jokes.

The Colts took to social media to compare Los Angeles Chargers‘ uniforms for the movie Minions. On Sunday (19.10.) The Chargers faced the Colts, and before they went on the field they took a group photo.

“We’re on our way to steal the moon,” reads the Chargers’ official account.

The Colts missed the caption because their trolling of the Chargers wasn’t clearly necessary, as they showed a photo of the yellow Minions — a character from the movie — wearing a Colts cape below Gru.

Fans joined in on the trolling and seemingly loved it…even Chargers fans.

“As a fan of chargers, I can appreciate when other social media team clowns us lol and this one is hilarious ngl but it stings a bit,” one fan wrote.

“You cooked them i’m scared,” another fan wrote.

User X noted that the fan was embarrassed by the Chargers’ uniforms

The fan added that the Colts’ social media is doing a good job and should make more money for their interesting posts.

“Whoever runs this account deserves a raise,” the fan suggested.

Indianapolis Colts vs. Los Angeles Chargers

The Colts had the last laugh on Sunday when they beat the Chargers 38-24, marking their first win over the team since 2016. Indy now leads the league in most wins in 2025-26 with six. After the Colts, the Philadelphia Eagles, New England Patriots, Denver Broncos, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and San Francisco 49ers have five wins so far.

After Sunday’s game, coach Shane Steichen praised Colts quarterback Daniel Jones and how his confidence contributed to the team’s success.

“He’s a guy. It’s just the preparation he puts in day in and day out. He makes the big throws, getting us into the right game,” Steichen told Fox. “It certainly instills a lot of confidence in our football team with the way they work and play.”

Next up for the Colts is the Tennessee Titans on Oct. 26, and the Chargers will face the Minnesota Vikings on Thursday Night Football (Oct. 23).
