Ivica Zubac out until the end of the game against Luka Doncic, Lakers with an injury

Ivica Zubac and the LA Clippers came home for a two game homestand following tough loss to Oklahoma City Thunder’s Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. With Luka DončićWith LeBron James and the lowly Lakers visiting the Intuit Dome first, it was a great opportunity for the Clippers to get back on track.
Unfortunately, Ivica Zubac fell with an ankle injury 11 minutes of play. He immediately grabbed his ankle and couldn’t get up until the end of the ball.
Zubac was assisted by Clippers teammate Brook Lopez and Lakers guard Luka Doncic before he limped to the locker room under his own power.
Ivica Zubac appeared to have sprained his ankle and immediately went down grabbing him.

About 10 minutes into real time after the injury, the LA Clippers officially ruled Zubac out for the rest of the game with an injury to the left ankle.

Zubac finished with five points, two rebounds and one assist in 11 minutes for the Clippers, all in the opening period.
The Clippers have only one healthy center on the roster in 37-year-old veteran Brook Lopez. Novak Janić Konan-Niederhauser is unavailable for the game on Saturday night due to pain in his left knee.
Ivica Zubac had played in the first 27 games for the Clippers this season before Saturday, averaging 16 points, 11.5 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.0 block while shooting 60.8 percent from the field and 70.9 percent from the free throw line.
