Overall, he has proven to be a talented and exciting player when healthy. Prolonged injuries and off-field legal issues have tarnished Morant’s reputation. as a result Morant’s trade value has been dramatically reduced.

A lot of teams though they supposedly lined up to take a chance on him. Among them are the Milwaukee Bucks, Toronto Raptors and Miami Heat.

Wherever Ja Morant goes, they have to keep an eye on him

There’s no question that when Morant is on top of his game, he’s on top of his game. He can score from mid-range, push the pace, attack the rim and be an effective playmaker.

However, he struggles with shooting from long range and is not exactly a top defender. Off the field, Morant is unpredictable, given his penchant for it get into trouble with weapons. That, along with his susceptibility to injury, must force a team willing to take a chance on him to line up along the guard.

In other words, they have to follow him carefully. Morant is a quality commodity when everything is going well, but it can be a damaged commodity when it is not controlled.
