James Harden suffered a broken thumb against the Knicks

The The Cleveland Cavaliers earned a big 109-94 victory over the New York Knicks on Tuesday night. Unfortunately, it seems James Harden was a casualty in that victory, as it was confirmed that he had sustained an injury.

They say it’s Harden, who is 36 years old dealing with a broken thumb. The organization announced his injury. He is considered questionable for Wednesday’s contest against the Milwaukee Bucks, and an update on his status will be released prior to the start of that game.

“Vienna Cavaliers James Harden injured his right thumb in last night’s 109-94 win over New York,” the franchise said. “A post-game review by Cavaliers medical staff and subsequent x-rays taken today confirmed a non-displaced fracture of the distal phalanx. Harden will undergo treatment and continued evaluation and will be listed as questionable for tonight’s game against Milwaukee. An update on his status will be provided as appropriate.”

This story is currently under development, and more information will be released soon.
