Kelly Oubre Jr. sat out the Pistons game with a knee injury
As it is Philadelphia 76ers and the Detroit Pistons trade shots in one NBA Cup showdown in the Motor City, Nick Nurse will be without one of his best two-way wing options Kelly Oubre Jr., who left the game with a knee injury.
Taking to social media to clarify the injury, Philadelphia Inquirer beat writer Keith Pompeo revealed that Oubre Jr. would not return after appearing to ruin his knee on the play, calling it “left knee hyperextensionn.“
“Kelly Oubre Jr. (left knee hyperextension) will not return,Pompey wrote.
