Kevin Durant will miss Suns, Warriors games
The Houston Rockets there are two long-awaited games on the schedule, but Kevin Durant will not play against two of his former teams.
Durant will miss Monday’s game against Phoenix Suns and Wednesday’s game against Golden State Warriors like him takes care of family mattersaccording to ESPN’s Shams Charania. This will be Durant’s first missed games of the season.
Rockets start 10-4 after acquiring Durant from the Suns in the offseason. Houston took Fred VanVleet’s ACL injury with ease, boasting the NBA’s top offense.
As expected, Durant played a major role in the Rockets’ explosive offensive attack. He is averaging 24.6 points, 4.8 rebounds and 3.3 assists while shooting 48.5% from the field and 36.4% from 3-point range in 36.1 minutes per game.
