Lakers head coach JJ Redick didn’t hold back on LeBron James after a 20-point win against the Mavericks. In his 23rd season, James’ elite performance at age 41 is awe-inspiring for Redick, as he expressed what makes LeBron such a special player

“I don’t take for granted how good he is. I recognize that on a daily basis. I think he goes back to what I’ve said on numerous occasions. What’s more remarkable is how much he cares in his 23rd season,” Redick said. “He’s going to get another senior player to do X, I, Z… he’s going to cement his record further. He’s going to do all those things.

“It’s really just the day-to-day factor of professionalism and caring that shows that’s the most amazing thing. . .basically he’s been a 23-year premiership. There are different versions of him, but that’s what’s remarkable.”
