Luka Doncic had a triple-double 20 minutes into the first half as the Los Angeles Lakers beat the Washington Wizards 142-111 on Friday.
26-year-old, who became on Tuesday fastest Laker to reach 2,000 points, showed no lingering injuries after falling from Cleveland’s elevated court in Thursday’s 30-point loss.
Leading the way with 26 points at halftime, six-time NBA All-Star Doncic helped the Lakers to their second best performance of the season.
Deandre Ayton had 28 points and 13 rebounds, while LeBron James had 20 points and six assists.
The win snapped a three-game winning streak for the Wizards, who beat the Portland Trail Blazers and Milwaukee Bucks.
The Lakers will play the New York Knicks on Monday, while the Wizards will play the Sacramento Kings on Sunday.
