RJ Barrett improved the injury report against the Warriors
The Toronto Raptors will face the Golden State Warriors, and could return one of their key players after a long absence. RJ Barrett is the key player in question, and has not played since the end of November due to a sprained right ankle. While he was out, players like Brandon Ingram and Scottie Barnes had to take over, and having Barrett back would definitely take some of the pressure off them.

RJ Barrett’s injury status against the Warriors
It’s Barrett listed as suspicious against the Warriors, and he appears to have a good chance of returning soon. There’s no question the Raptors miss him, and Barnes said of his absence a few weeks ago.
“We miss him there. The things he does for our team are huge. He brings so much to the game. Of course we miss him,” Barnes said, via Raptors reporter Omar Osman.
In 17 games this season, Barrett is averaging 19.4 points, 4.8 rebounds and 3.8 assists. That helped the Raptors stay atop the East for a while, and when he returns, their goal should be to try to climb back up the standings.
The Raptors may have surprised a few people this season with the way they played, but they have a group of unselfish players and play as a unit on both sides of the ball. When games get tight, they know they have closers like Ingram, who is known for slowing things down and making big shots.
With Barrett back, life should be easier for the team.
