Updated 2026 NBA Finals Odds After Wild Trade Deadline

in 2026 The NBA trade deadline was crazy. Many players were let go, and that included a bunch of star players. The biggest names of them all are unchanged, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Ja Morant; however, many teams got better during the week.

Anthony Davis, James Harden, Darius Garland, Jaren Jackson Jr., Nikola Vucevic, Khris Middleton, Ivan Zubac, Kristaps Porzingis, Chris Paul, Jared McCain, Buddy Hield, Benedict Maturin, Jose Alvarado and Jonathan Cumminga were traded. Those are just the big names. There have been many others that have been traded, and some of those names not mentioned could make serious contributions to their new teams.

in 2026 NBA Finals the odds haven’t changed much at all this season. With the Oklahoma City Thunder the favorite for most of the season, the teams surrounding them have been in a tight pack.

  1. Oklahoma City Thunder +127
  2. Denver Nuggets +590
  3. Cleveland Cavaliers +1251
  4. Boston Celtics +1371
  5. Detroit Pistons +1393
  6. New York Knicks +1393
  7. San Antonio Spurs +1463
  8. Houston Rockets +1718
  9. Minnesota Timberwolves +1941
  10. Philadelphia 76ers +3348
  11. Los Angeles Lakers +3604
  12. Orlando Magic +5163
  13. Miami Heat +7592
  14. Charlotte Hornets +8233
  15. Golden State Warriors +8991

The Thunder are a dominant force, but the San Antonio Spurs have beaten them a total of four times this season in five meetings. They may be the only team in the West other than Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets that could dethrone the Thunder from back-to-back title chances.

The Eastern Conference is wide open. The Cavaliers have the highest odds in the East after acquisition of James Hardenwho can still ball. The Celtics could bring back Jayson Tatum, who the betting market believes will be in the mix and has played very well this season. The Detroit Pistons are the best team in the East right now, but they don’t have the experience to give bettors a reason to give them the highest odds. In the end, the Knicks have a chance to win it all. They have a deep squad and just got a defensive wizard in Jose Alvarado to improve an already elite defensive team.

The run to the finals starts now!
